BOED products include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:

- Cosmetic damage

Where required by New Zealand law, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act remain unaffected.

10. Consumer Guarantees Act
If you are purchasing goods for personal, domestic or household use, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies.
If purchasing products for business purposes, and where legally permitted, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.

BOED complies with the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, packaging or appearance may occur.

12. Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before purchasing.
If you are unsure, please contact BOED before placing your order.
BOED is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices where the product description accurately identifies the compatible models.

13. Safe Use
Customers must use BOED products in accordance with the supplied instructions.

- Use incompatible power adapters
Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

Power banks should:
- Not be punctured
- Not be dismantled
- Not be exposed to fire
- Not be used if swollen or damaged
Stop using the product immediately if overheating, smoke or unusual smells occur.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, BOED is not liable for:
- Indirect loss
- Consequential loss
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Loss of data
- Delays beyond our control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
